Editor's Notes:

     It's a new year and I'm sure we are ready as we will ever be for what is presented to us. Chico and Paradise are getting prepared for another Every 15-Minutes program this spring, CPD is always looking forward to St. Patty's Day, and we are ready for the next call-up.
     January's White Elephant party was a success though a few of our members (fire) were having a serious discussion with a house on fire in Butte Creek Canyon. On the lighter side of things, February is sweethearts month with Valentine's Day.

     Rob, Marlene, Jen, and I (Curtis) met after the January meeting to figure out by-laws, articles of incorporation, or something like those that would establish us as a financial entity.

     Our library consists of books and videos. They can be accessed each month at our meeting. Please return items by the second meeting after you borrow them.

     We have a variety of articles available. Some can be downloaded direct from our website and some are linked to the ICISF website.
